Refunds, Reprints, and Reorders Policy
Refunds
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your school photo order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either reprinting your order or providing a full refund, based on your preference. Additionally, if you are dissatisfied, you have the option to have your pictures retaken at our Manhattan studio at no extra cost, simply by returning the original picture package.
Reprints
If your order does not meet your expectations, let us know, and we will happily correct it. We will reprint and reship your order to ensure you are satisfied. If you receive a damaged or incomplete product, please inform us within 4 weeks of receiving it, and we will send a replacement.
Reorders
We offer discounted rates for reorders, allowing you to purchase more cherished memories. To request a reorder discount code, click on the “?” in the lower right-hand corner of this screen and select “ASK” to send us your request.
